At Klarity Kosmetics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty experience; however, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your products are in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging and have not been swatched or used to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the sealed products to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include your RMA slip before mailing them back to our fulfillment center using a trackable service.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
